Commspace was founded by Greg Czelusniak to help international brands create or expand their presence in Poland. We combine local market knowledge with global experience, enabling our clients to build their Polish real estate faster, more economically and with reduced risk.
Greg is a registered architect in both Poland and the UK. He graduated from The Academy of Technology in Krakow, gaining a Masters degree in Architecture and Urban Design. During his course he set up an architectural practice providing interior and fit out design for commercial clients. Following graduation, Greg ran his own practice focusing on creative design and project management for two major clients within retail and finance. During this three year period , he conceptualised the design for House, now a leading Polish retail chain, project managing the development of 34 stores. Other major projects included the roll out of eight new branches for Deutsche Bank.
During the last five years, Greg has been working as an Architect for an AJ100 firm within the UK focusing on technical design for clients including Virgin, Holmes Place, Nuffield Health, Cannons, David Lloyd Leisure and The University of Surrey on projects ranging from £200K to £30M.
